Job Title: Sales Manager – Natural Water Division

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager - Sales to lead and grow our natural water business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing distributor and in HORECA networks, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets in line with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Identify and explore new business opportunities in retail, corporate, hospitality (HORECA), and institutional sectors.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategy.

- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and stockists in assigned territories.

- Ensure effective distribution, inventory management, and timely product availability.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retail partners, and distributors.

- Address customer queries promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales (preferably bottled water or related products).

Skills & Competencies

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.

- Good understanding of distribution networks and HORECA sales.

- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Salary Range:

INR 35000 to 50000 per month + incentives

Reporting To:

General Manager – Sales/ Directors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
