Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to optimize conversions.
Handle client queries and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales management (education, immigration, or service industry preferred).
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Target-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
