Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Actively visiting industrial( steel, power, water utility,chemical, cement, oil&gas etc) customers to generate enquiries.

2. Maintaining relationship with both end customer and epc contractors.

3. Understanding customer requirment and present solution driven approach engineering

4. Liasoning with backend offer making team and submit offer to customers and follow up of the same.

5. Actively pursuing sales cycle from generation of enquiry to closure of sales via order booking and payment follow up.

6. Should be maintaining individual sales enquiry funnel and should be prone to learning new technologies

7. Should be confident enough to conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

9.Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to customize solutions.

10.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.

11.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

12.Provide post-sales technical support and coordinate with service teams when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering,

Proven experience (25 years) in industrial sales or technical sales role.

Solid understanding of industrial equipment, machinery, or systems.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Strong technical and engineering knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of CAD software or other engineering tools.
