  • We are seeking a Sales Manager - TRM to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales management or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the TRM (Technology Resource Management) sector is a plus.
