Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager - TRM to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in sales management or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of the TRM (Technology Resource Management) sector is a plus.
