The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth. Key tasks include meeting clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.---QualificationsProven experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in the Travel & Hospitality IndustryStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to conduct market research and generate insights for growthExcellent client relationship management abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, Hospitality, or related fieldAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentMust be available to work on-site in Himachal Pradesh
