Sales Manager – Travel Industry

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Travel Industry to lead a team of sales executives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team leadership, high lead conversion, supplier coordination, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 4–8 sales executives
• Achieve monthly revenue and performance targets
• Track daily productivity and performance metrics
• Coordinate with hotel, airline, and travel suppliers
• Ensure timely proposal creation and follow-ups
• Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Team revenue achievement
• Lead conversion: 20%–30%
• Proposal turnaround time: 2–4 hours
• Daily productivity tracking
• Customer rating: 4.5+
• Upselling in 15% of bookings

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in travel sales or related industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
