Job Description:
We are hiring Travel Sales Executives who are passionate about travel and sales. You will be responsible for converting leads, building customized travel packages, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries
• Create customized domestic and international travel packages
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Lead conversion: 18%–25%
• Daily productivity: 35–50 calls
• Package turnaround time: 4–6 hours
• Customer retention: 25%
• Upselling in 10% of bookings
