Role Overview: As a Sales Manager/Sr. Manager, your primary role will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective prospecting and strategic business development in both new and existing markets. You will also be responsible for identifying top sales talent and mentoring employees to achieve individual and team objectives.
