The Sales Manager position at our company is a full-time hybrid role based in Debra, with the flexibility of some work from home. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and establishing and nurturing client relationships. You will be expected to lead and inspire the sales team, analyze sales data, conduct market research, and generate sales reports. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership qualities and have prior experience in team management. Sales experience and the ability to devise effective sales strategies are essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate analytical skills for interpreting sales data and conducting market research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in preparing sales reports and other documentation is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is necessary for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential. Previous experience in the industry would be advantageous.,
