Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of the team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Develop and execute strategies to increase business growth through cross-selling and upselling of products such as Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Mortgage Loans. Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for their housing finance requirements.
