Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager situated in Kotdwara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales agents, and developing strategic sales plans. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with other departments, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research, analyze sales data, provide training and motivation to the team, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning
Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and handle constant challenges
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
