Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead the business development and client acquisition for hoarding advertisement spaces at Prayagraj Station. The candidate will focus on identifying potential advertisers, especially from local and regional advertising agencies, news agencies, brands, and businesses looking to increase their visibility through outdoor advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Hunting:
  • Actively search and onboard new clients for hoarding advertisements — with a focus on advertising agencies, media buyers, news organizations, retail chains, local businesses, and event companies.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development:

Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, referrals, and online platforms. Convert leads into long-term partnerships.

  • Industry Outreach:

Build strong networks with advertising agencies, PR firms, marketing managers of media houses, and news publishers for continuous business flow.Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize occupancy of hoarding spaces around Prayagraj Station.Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.Prepare and present proposals, close deals with competitive pricing, and ensure timely payments.Conduct regular market visits to identify advertising trends, client preferences, and competitor activities in the Prayagraj region.Coordinate with internal teams for hoarding installation, artwork placement, and logistics. Submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in advertising sales (preferably OOH/agency/media background)
  • Experience working with advertising agencies or news media is highly preferred
  • Local knowledge of Prayagraj city and surrounding areas is essential
  • Should have a personal vehicle and be open to frequent field travel

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + High Incentives + Travel Allowance
(Performance-based growth opportunities)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
