Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and drive overall sales performance across
South Region
focusing on both

channel (dealer/distributor) and project-based

sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.

Appoint and manage distributors and channel partners; ensure timely billing, collections, and secondary sales.
Provide strategic guidance to sales teams; monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Conduct regular market visits to understand ground realities, gather market intelligence, and support the sales team in key negotiations.
Coordinate with the marketing, technical, and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and technical presentations.
Ensure adherence to compliance, pricing guidelines, and credit policies of the company.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
Experience:

10+ years

of experience in Sales within

Building Materials industry.

Proven ability in handling

both channel and project sales

models.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across territory
