Role & responsibilities Manage and drive overall sales performance across South Region focusing on both channel (dealer/distributor) and project-based sales. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Conduct breakdown analysis to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Develop and maintain accurate records of plant machinery, including inventory management and spare part requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilization of resources and meet production targets. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs. Desired Candidate Profile 20-30 years of experience in mechanical engineering with expertise in maintenance engineering, preventative maintenance, utility maintenance, plant maintenance, process equipment, and breakdown analysis. M.Tech degree in Production/Industrial or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Proven track record of implementing TPM practices to achieve significant improvements in productivity and reduced downtime.
