Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our Solar Distribution operations in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar products sales, dealer/distributor network development, and territory management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent execution capability and a proven track record in the solar or allied industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Promote and sell solar products (like panels, inverters, batteries, etc.).
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the market in Tamil Nadu.
  • Visit markets regularly to support partners and boost sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
  • Track payments and maintain good partner relationships.
  • Monitor competitors and update management with market trends.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of sales or business development experience in solar or electrical products.
  • Good experience in channel sales and distribution management.
  • Strong knowledge of the solar market in Tamil Nadu.
  • Must speak Tamil and be ready to travel within the state.
