Sales Manager SID/PID

JD- PID & OD:- Drive Sales for invoice discounting loan product and OD Identify and engage with Trader’s and DSA network for sourcing and lead generations. Strong ability to build the distributor’s channel to increase the leads. Develop a sales pipeline through lead generation, Referrals, and market research. Present and explain the features, benefits, and terms of PID and OD Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications. Liaison with internal stake holders /Tele calling team in driving customer lead generation activity and closures Having strong knowledge about the OD and invoice selling products Understanding about the market competition and the customer requirements Having strong background and deep knowledge about the target base for sourcing the Invoice financing products Performance Management: Achieve individual and team sales targets Train and mentor sales executives to improve product knowledge and sales skills Stay updated on product features, industry developments, and regulations. Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Business finance, or related field ( MBA preferred) Proven track record in sales, especially in financial products like, Invoice discounting, loans and Overdrafts. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of financial products, especially PID and OD Goal oriented with the ability to work under pressure Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the given territory Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial industry Knowledge about CRM tools and MS office.
