Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Drive acquisition of

    secured business loans

    (LAP, Mortgage Loans, MSME secured loans, etc.)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly

    disbursement and revenue targets

  • Identify new business opportunities through direct sales, DSA, connectors, and referral channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, CAs, and channel partners
Team Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Relationship Officers / Sales Executives
  • Monitor daily activities, productivity, and pipeline management
  • Conduct regular reviews and coaching to improve performance
Credit & Process Management
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to credit policies
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing
  • Maintain healthy portfolio quality and low delinquency levels
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal processes
  • Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback
  • Support audits and internal reviews when required
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Loan disbursement value and volume
  • Team productivity and conversion ratios
  • Portfolio quality (delinquencies / NPAs)
  • Channel partner activation and performance
Candidate Profile Education
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in

    secured business loans / LAP / mortgage sales

  • At least 1-2 years in a

    team handling or supervisory role

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of secured lending products and credit basics
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Background
  • Experience in

    Bank / NBFC / HFC / Fintech lending

  • Existing local market and channel knowledge is an advantage
