Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

Drive acquisition of
secured business loans
(LAP, Mortgage Loans, MSME secured loans, etc.)
Achieve monthly and quarterly
disbursement and revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities through direct sales, DSA, connectors, and referral channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, CAs, and channel partners

Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Relationship Officers / Sales Executives
Monitor daily activities, productivity, and pipeline management
Conduct regular reviews and coaching to improve performance

Credit & Process Management

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to credit policies
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing
Maintain healthy portfolio quality and low delinquency levels

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal processes
Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback
Support audits and internal reviews when required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Loan disbursement value and volume
Team productivity and conversion ratios
Portfolio quality (delinquencies / NPAs)
Channel partner activation and performance

Candidate Profile Education

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)

Experience

3-6 years of experience in
secured business loans / LAP / mortgage sales
At least 1-2 years in a
team handling or supervisory role

Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good understanding of secured lending products and credit basics
Leadership and team management abilities
Customer-focused approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Background

Experience in
Bank / NBFC / HFC / Fintech lending
Existing local market and channel knowledge is an advantage
