Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve assigned targets for secured business loans (LAP / Mortgage / SME Loans).
  • Source new customers through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
  • Identify new markets, geographies, and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, brokers, and connectors.
Team Management
  • Support, guide, and motivate Relationship Officers / Sales Executives.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching on product, sales process, and compliance.
Credit & Process Management
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely disbursement.
  • Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency levels.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI norms, and compliance standards.
Customer Experience
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers during the loan lifecycle.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline MIS.
  • Track disbursements, approvals, and conversion ratios.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights with management.
Eligibility Criteria Education
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in secured business loans / LAP / Mortgage sales
  • At least 1-2 years in a team handling or supervisory role preferred

  • Strong knowledge of secured lending products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team management and leadership ability
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of credit and risk fundamentals
