We are a leading stone and marble supplier specializing in premium quality natural stones and marbles. With a focus on delivering excellence, we cater to walk-in customers and large-scale buyers, offering expert guidance and customer-focused solutions.

Role Overview:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and assist walk-in customers at the factory outlet.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate natural stone and marble options.
Explain product features, qualities, and applications in detail.
Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and customer engagement.
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience at the sales point.
Maintain strong knowledge of marbles, granite, and natural stones.
Coordinate with factory staff to ensure timely product delivery.
Handle daily sales operations and report to management on targets and progress.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience (preferably in stones, marbles, tiles, or building materials).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle walk-in customers with confidence and professionalism.
Basic product knowledge of natural stones and marbles.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil
