Sales Manager

You will be joining Saturn Realcon Pvt. Ltd. located in Hebbal (Kempapura), Bengaluru on a full-time, on-site basis. Your work days will be from Tuesday to Sunday, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. Your key responsibilities will include demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills, maintaining a professional appearance with a keen sense of style, showcasing luxury properties to clients through personalized presentations and property tours, building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals within the luxury real estate segment, negotiating terms and conditions of sale with prospective buyers, providing expert advice to clients regarding market trends and investment opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. To qualify for this role, you should possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role. Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as a results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales or similar roles would be advantageous.
