Sales Manager/ Sales Officer

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager/Sales Officer at Finnable, your main responsibility will be to visit DSAs within the assigned location, establish and nurture strong relationships with them to drive quality business, and promptly address queries from both DSAs and customers. Additionally, you will need to independently generate business from the open market by directly sourcing files for Finnable, alongside collaborating with DSAs. This full-time position based in Jharsuguda offers some flexibility for remote work. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives - Identify new business opportunities and cultivate client relationships - Achieve sales targets by actively prospecting potential clients and presenting financial products - Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends - Negotiate contracts and provide comprehensive after-sales support Qualifications: - Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Prospecting, and Client Relationship Management - Demonstrated skills in Market Research and Business Opportunity Identification - Experience in Contract Negotiation and providing After-Sales Support - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team - Freshers are encouraged to apply - Previous exposure to the Fintech or financial services sector is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred,
