The role involves visiting DSAs within the assigned location, building and maintaining strong relationships with them to generate quality business, and addressing both DSA and customer queries promptly. The candidate is also expected to generate business independently from the open market by sourcing files directly for Finnable, without relying solely on DSAs. This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager/Sales Officer based in Jharsuguda, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Sales Manager/Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, presenting our financial products, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support.
