Know more about us at https://www.salarpuriagroup.com/ Position Overview Set sales targets and develop sales strategies to achieve them effectively Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Prepare and analyse sales reports and forecasts Duties & Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Conduct market research and analysis to understand current trends and opportunities. Create sales plans and forecasts. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle client inquiries and concerns effectively. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Negotiation & Sales Transactions: Negotiate contracts and deals with clients and other parties. Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management. Skills & Attributes Experience: 7-10 years in direct & indirect sales and lead generation only from real estate Qualification: Graduate, MBA Preferred Experience in luxury real estate sales Should have detailed knowledge of RERA. Outstanding presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
