Job Description

Overview : This position is responsible for overall Accounts and Compliance function for the projects handled. The various deliverables for this role are: NBFC related accounting work Income Tax Statutory compliance of RBI and Company Laws Time bound activities Job Description / Responsibilities: NBFC Accounts. Responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards/IND-AS Overseeing audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with applicable laws and regulations . Pass necessary entries for investments in securities(Shares ,Mutual Funds etc). Prepare fund position for review. Statutory Activities under the Income Tax Act, The Companies Act and RBI Regulations Tax Audits Filing of Income Tax Returns and TDS Calculation of Advance Tax Coordinating with secretarial dept for RoC requirements Basic knowledge of GST After completion of probation, based on performance review, the candidate may be offered a full-time position.
