Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and lead our regional business operations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Implement region-specific sales and marketing initiatives to capture new opportunities.
Ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Leverage customer interactions (calls, emails, and in-person meetings) to generate business opportunities and close deals.
Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
