Mis Executive

We are seeking a proactive MIS Executive to join our team. The role involves creating and managing systems, developing SOPs, and using Google Sheets and MS Excel to automate and optimize processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled at following up with team members to ensure the proper implementation of processes, monitoring and reporting daily operations, and providing insights through effective data management.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for efficient data management and reporting.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide daily operations.
• Utilize Google Sheets and MS-Excel to automate workflows and streamline data processing.
• Monitor daily processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Follow up with team members to ensure the successful implementation of new systems and process changes.
• Generate reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct periodic audits of data accuracy and system performance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Prior experience as an MIS Executive, Coordinator, or in a similar support role is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related fields.
• 13 years of relevant experience in MIS or administrative reporting (freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply).
• Familiarity with office software and basic reporting/analytics tools.
