Key Responsibilities: Attend walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their furniture needs. Explain product features, materials, price ranges, and offers confidently. Call leads generated by the marketing team to explain product offerings and convince them to visit the store . Follow up with potential leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Achieve monthly individual and store sales targets . Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the showroom floor. Coordinate with warehouse team for smooth delivery. Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers at all times. Responsibilities: Factory Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the sofa and marble manufacturing units. Ensure smooth production workflows and adherence to delivery schedules. Monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity. Bill of Materials (BOM) Optimization: Analyze and optimize BOM for all products to reduce costs without compromising quality. Collaborate with procurement and design teams to source cost-effective and high-quality materials. Waste Reduction: Identify and implement strategies to minimize material and process wastage. Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for sustainability and efficiency. New Product Development (NPD): Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the execution of new product development projects.
