Job Description

Business Development - Develop competitive proposals and presentations for potential/ prospective clients and high priority target (Retail &Medium) customers (R) Interact and meet regularly with customers / consultants / contractors, participate in the sales presentations and engage with associations &professional bodies at cluster level (R,A) Organize customer connect programs through local meetings and demonstrations (R,A) Perform lost order analysis and analysis of new customers in the cluster . Customer Management - (A) Visit site frequently to meet the concerned site in charge, project managers, influencers and various agencies during project planning &execution and build rapport to execute a smooth flow of operation(R)Provide consolidated customer feedback analysis of all plants. Order Planning & Scheduling - Provide new customer details to the CSD and help in creating SAP customer code and entering customer details in SAP prior to first dispatch (R,A) Review the customer codes annually along with Commercial team and block the inactive customers. Payment Receivables - Ensure timely delivery of invoices & credit/debit notes. Monitor Daily customer wise sales and collection data and ensure timely collections Authorize the credit limit based on guidelines mentioned in the SOP at cluster level. Encash or extend Customer Bank Guarantee based on the Customer Receivables. Ensure receivables of all outstanding payments / defaulter cases of cheque bouncing or any legal matters (R)Monitor outstanding payments regularly to identify critical customers and hence strategize receivable collection. Planning & Budgeting - Prepare, consolidate and analyze Cluster plan and budget. Product Development - Identify market prospects for new products and process innovations and coordinate with technical Services team during the process of new product development. Product Rate - Ensure closure of sales targets(as per role specific KPIs and targets) within the price range specified in the SOP. Sales - Achieve the sales target interms volume, product mix & segment ratio at agreed price positions to achieve maximum realization for the cluster (R) Review and appraise the performance of sales promoters periodically (R,A) Prepare Sales Promoter Commission (SPC) agreement including Customer list in the beginning of financial year
