Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Male Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales to lead our sales team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Handle high-value clients and manage end-to-end sales processes.
• Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements:

• Male candidate only.
• Proven experience of 3–5 years in real estate sales management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Presentable, confident, and team-oriented personality.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
