Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end sales process.

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Handle customer interactions, site visits, and negotiations effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, property consultants, and direct clients.

Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure prompt lead follow-up and smooth documentation.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine pricing, offers, and positioning.

Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.

Supervise and train junior sales executives or agents if required.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in residential projects on OMR or South Chennai.

Proven track record in handling premium apartment sales and achieving targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions daily.
