Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing large corporates, SME & “A” category brokers and achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales representatives. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and preparing reports. Collaboration with the marketing and customer service teams is essential to achieve sales objectives.
