Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet corn starch revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop leads across food, pharma, textile, paper, and other industries.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity for strategic insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics for timely delivery and service.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to protect profitability.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Lead and mentor sales team members, if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree (Master’s preferred) in business or related field.
  • 5+ years in industrial/agri-product sales or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record with key accounts and sales targets.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and travel when needed.
