Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to be a part of our real estate sales team with a focus on client relationships, channel partner development, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will excel at nurturing long-term partnerships, expanding the channel network, and driving consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities -

Client & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and a premium experience.
  • Organize client engagement activities (events, presentations, property tours) to strengthen trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain a CRM database with detailed client and partner profiles for regular follow-ups.

Channel Partner Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and agents to expand the companys sales reach.
  • Train and support channel partners on project details, pricing, and sales processes.
  • Design incentive plans and partner engagement programs to motivate and retain top-performing partners.
  • Conduct regular partner meets, networking events, and knowledge sessions to enhance collaboration.
  • Monitor channel partner performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.

Sales Leadership

  • Drive property sales through direct and partner channels to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to boost productivity and closing ratios.
  • Oversee negotiations, deal structuring, and documentation for seamless closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate quality leads for both direct and partner sales.

Market Knowledge & Reporting

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitive activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze sales and partner performance data; present actionable insights to management.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities through both direct clients and partners.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in real estate with at least 2 years managing channel partners.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience designing and managing channel partner programs.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets via direct and indirect channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and CRM management skills.
