Sales Manager - Real Estate Sales

You will be responsible for driving real estate sales for residential and commercial projects in Delhi and Gurugram. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving sales of residential/commercial real estate projects in the assigned region. - Generating leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking. - Conducting site visits and following up with prospective clients. - Managing client relationships and providing end-to-end guidance throughout the sales process. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborating with marketing and tele-calling teams for lead management. - Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. - Familiarity with Delhi & Gurugram property markets. - Own vehicle (bike or car) preferred. If you meet the requirements, you must be a graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales or Marketing is a plus). The location for this position is Dwarka (Delhi) & Gurugram, and the salary offered is between 35,000 - 50,000 per month with performance-based incentives.
