Job Description We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our exclusive high-end villa projects targeted at high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) . This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, refined client relationship management, and the ability to close high-value deals while delivering a premium experience to discerning buyers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales of ultra-luxury villas to HNI/UHNI clients. Build and maintain a strong network of elite clients, wealth managers, brokers, family offices, and influencers in the luxury market. Deliver personalized service to each client, providing a consultative and high-touch sales experience from inquiry to closure. Organise and participate in exclusive private events, previews, property tours, and roadshows to showcase premium projects. Collaborate with marketing to create tailored campaigns for the HNI audience, including digital, PR, and experiential marketing. Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury lifestyle trends, competitor projects, pricing, and investment returns. Use CRM systems efficiently to manage the sales pipeline, lead tracking, and follow-ups with discretion and professionalism. Report on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior management on a regular basis.
