Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales of ultra-luxury villas to HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of elite clients, wealth managers, brokers, family offices, and influencers in the luxury market.
  • Deliver personalized service to each client, providing a consultative and high-touch sales

experience from inquiry to closure.

  • Organise and participate in exclusive private events, previews, property tours, and roadshows to showcase premium projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored campaigns for the HNI audience, including digital, PR, and experiential marketing.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury lifestyle trends, competitor projects, pricing, and

investment returns.

  • Use CRM systems efficiently to manage the sales pipeline, lead tracking, and follow-ups with

discretion and professionalism.

  • Report on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior management on a regular basis.
