Sales Manager - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers/clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Handle end-to-end closing processes for real estate transactions.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Address any concerns or issues that arise during the negotiation process.
• Stay updated with current real estate trends and market conditions.
• Provide clients with relevant information to assist them in making informed decisions.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Convey information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
• Handle and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the closing process.
• Demonstrate smart and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
• Share insights and best practices to contribute to team success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing transactions.
• Strong command of communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Chembur East and surrounding areas is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
