As a Sales Manager at Infinity Group, you will be responsible for driving the achievement of walk-ins and sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners, and ensuring the continuity and growth of business. Your key qualifications should include proven experience in the Navi Mumbai real estate market, strong expertise in driving sales and walk-ins targets, exceptional relationship management, and team-building skills. You should have the ability to design and implement effective sourcing plans and understand current industry trends with good negotiation skills. Developing and maintaining relationships with Property Consultants, channel partners, and brokers will be crucial aspects of your role. Your key responsibilities will involve driving team targets for walk-ins and sales, ensuring effective team management, designing and executing monthly and quarterly sourcing plans, building strong customer relationships to generate references and boost sales, conducting market research and surveys for sourcing deals, and actively engaging in channel partner programs to foster long-term relationships. It will be essential to maintain a strong relationship with working Channel Partners and the closing team to ensure business continuity. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for performance bonuses. You must be able to commute or relocate to Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, along with at least 1 year of total work experience, 1 year of real estate sales experience, and 1 year of deal closure experience. Proficiency in Marathi and English is preferred, while Hindi is required. The work location for this position is in person.,
