Candidate Should have good experience in Real Estate Industry & who have worked in Residential, Segments.
Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive sales strategies and other promotional activities for the project to create new market, achieve targeted sales.
Driving sales planning, Forecasting, sales and customer service management.
Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
Managing commercial and residential project including all team of projects consist of 60 plus people, Responsible to take care of team work in right direction for achieving goal.
Review sales funnel of each sales manager and provide guidance to close the deal.
Assist the sales head in creating the sales strategy, sales plan for the site.
