Urgent hiring for a Fast Growing Channel Partner Firm in Real Estate in Mumbai’s Central Line

Job Title: Sales Manager – Channel Partner

Salary Budget: (Max) Upto 6 LPA basis last drawn

Minimum Education Qualification: Graduation

Shift Timings: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Working Day and Week off/s: 6 days working and Mon OR Tuesday weekly off

 Job Location : Ghatkopar East

 Key Responsibilities:

•Follow up on qualified leads generated by the presales team and ensure timely engagement and conversion

•Identify and pitch suitable residential/commercial properties to potential buyers based on their needs

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams

•Conduct site visits and provide complete product knowledge to clients

•Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures of deals.

•Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as per business goals

•Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, pricing, and competition in Mumbai

Preferred Industries: Only Real Estate (Real Estate Sourcing experience for 1 to 2 yrs is a must)
