Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key point of contact for direct clients visiting the Creations Srishti site in Tiruvallur.
  • Sell residential apartments directly to customers by presenting project features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Manage the complete sales process from inquiry to booking confirmation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as per company norms.
  • Handle site visits, customer objections, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for site readiness and documentation processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in real estate or property sales, preferably handling residential apartment projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with Tiruvallur real estate market is a plus.
  • Good understanding of customer needs and market trends.
