Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. This role requires someone who is passionate about Real Estate and understands the Zirakpur/Tricity market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive property sales in residential/commercial segments.
• Generate leads through various channels – online, walk-ins, events, referrals.
• Handle client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups until closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives.
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for effective lead management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales (local market experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
