Sales Manager

To look after the Sales and Marketing transactions for the Properties across various locations. There shall be various cities to be added for more real estate transaction scopes and then could excel in all the cities the company takes up as and when required.

• Should have excellent communication, desired internet and interpersonal skills.
• To look after the leads, site visits, existing customers, post sale service and business development activities.
• To take care of the sales team allotted under him, to guide them and to enforce the company rules and regulations.
• To take care of the customer services like follow ups, site visits, meeting, closing, documentation etc.
• To report the progress, development on the sales part daily, weekly, monthly to the operation managers/team leaders & directors.
• To keep regular touch with the existing customers and assure them of providing better services which leads to generating new business opportunities.
• To develop and implement new marketing strategies.
• To help the team achieve the goal set by the management from time to time.

Qualification:

• MBA (Marketing), BBA, B.tech, Any Management Graduate candidates can apply.
• Strong Communication Skill, ability to handle clients & abundant patience is required
• Minimum 2 year of experience required.
• Ability to handle the team and achieve the goals set by the team & management.

Salary Package:

• Rs.15,000/- to Rs.25,000/-
