Sales and Marketing Manager

· To concentrate on the Sales and Marketing transactions for the Properties available at Bhubaneswar, Puri, Cuttack and Berhampur as of now. There shall be few more cities to be added for more real estate transaction scopes and then could excel in all the cities the company take up as and when required.

· To meet the customers, prospects and investors and accompanying them to the meetings and site visits.

· To maintain a Healthy and Professional Relationship with the developers.

· To make regular and effective follow-ups to the leads and clients.

· To keep regular touch with the existing customers and assure them of providing better services which leads to generate new business opportunities.

· To develop and implement new marketing strategies.

· To maintain the team discipline, to report on daily basis to the authority and to the immediate reporting senior in writing only, preferably in emails or prescribed formats of the company.

· To assist and to lead teams if directed by the authority to achieve the maximum sales volume.

· To develop the product acquisition system by identifying new residential and commercial properties and to do the needful to add them into the company’s products base.

· To develop marketing campaigns to promote the products of the company.

· To understand market and customer requirements and make surveys in regular basis to utilize the company resources.

· To travel to other locations/ cities except Berhampur & Bhubaneswar for Visiting corporate, investors, customers, institutions and organizations to promote business and to bring revenue from maximum leads at least once in a week.

· To attend and lead different marketing programs by/ on behalf of the company like Conventions, Road Shows, and Outdoor Meetings etc. .

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
