As a Territory Manager for Audio-Visual (AV) Sales in Pune, Maharashtra, your role involves managing sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Bring in new customers through direct sales efforts. - Create and apply smart sales strategies to meet company and personal targets. - Understand client needs and offer them the best AV solutions. - Find new business opportunities and turn them into clients. - Give product demos based on the customers specific requirements. - Travel across Maharashtra to manage customer relationships. - Keep an eye on the sales pipeline and use data to make better decisions. - Quickly respond to any customer questions or issues. Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include: - 2-3 years of experience in AV sales, integration, or design projects. - Good knowledge of sales techniques and client management. - Strong communication and people skills. - Comfortable with regular travel and handling multiple tasks. - Skilled in using CRM software and analyzing sales data. - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Experience in handling AV projects from start to finish. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
