Sales Manager

Job Description:

Pressana Infra Pvt. Ltd., a reputed name in the real estate industry, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our Coimbatore team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil, and a proven track record of working with premium real estate brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle client interactions, site visits, and property presentations effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to enhance sales performance.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (residential or commercial projects).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
• Experience working with a premium or reputed real estate brand preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
