Role Overview: As a Sales Manager in Premium Banking, your role will involve acquiring new clients through open market lead generation and closure, successful onboarding of customers for a smooth transition to the branch banking team, and sourcing new accounts. Your experience in this role will be crucial in supporting the team/bank to acquire new clients from the open market and generate revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Increase acquisition of target clientele across Advantage Banking segments - Assist in conducting approved local level sales drives for acquisition - Acquire new accounts from group companies/family of existing customers and referrals - Ensure consistent growth of the Advantage Banking portfolio - Establish synergies for maximum penetration of Investment & Insurance sales to new customers - Build momentum regarding third-party distribution and fee income - Implement customer contact programs to increase share of wallet - Ensure smooth transition of customer management to the respective RM post-acquisition - Monitor high net worth accounts closely to ensure regular use and balance growth - Reactivate accounts with ceased transactions or depleted balances - Adhere to compliance norms and policies such as KYC, AML, Mis-selling Policy, etc. - Provide feedback on changing customer needs to the SSM and report suspicious transactions promptly Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy - Good communication and negotiation skills - Awareness of market updates and competition Company Details: Deutsche Bank Group strives for a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
