Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your role involves leading the sales team and setting monthly/quarterly targets. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue. Additionally, driving partnerships for PR services, magazine ads, and event sponsorships will be crucial. Cultivating relationships with key industry clients and agencies is also a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to hire, train, and supervise the sales team, including executives and interns. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the sales team and set monthly/quarterly targets. - Design and implement sales strategies to grow revenue. - Drive partnerships for PR services, magazine ads, and event sponsorships. - Cultivate relationships with key industry clients and agencies. - Hire, train, and supervise the sales team including executives and interns. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media/PR/events. - Strong leadership, planning, and client servicing skills. - Experience in key account management and team building. - Excellent spoken and written communication. Please note that the salary range for this position is 50,000 - 75,000/month (plus incentives & performance bonus).,
