Below are some of the qualities we are looking for in the sales manager.
1. The candidate should have strong foundation in Number calculation and arithmetic skills.
2. The candidate should be having high IQ levels with strong Logical skills
3. The candidate should be an Inquisitive learner and team worker
4. Hindi knowledge is an advantage
Job role and specific skills required
● Candidate should have minimum 5 years Experience in the field of selling any industrial raw materials. (basically he should have sold / dealt with factories)
● The Candidate should be below age 50
● Knowledge of atleast one Regional language is a must (kannada, telegu, Malayalam, Tamil)
● Candidate should be ready to travel 10 to 15 days in a month
Candidate is expected so handle sales of our products independently. He will be in charge of approximately 250-350 customers and will be expected to have atleast 50 sales enquiry per day and close about 10 transactions a day
