Sales Manager (plywood/wood/laminate industry)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the plywood/wood/laminate industry to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in sales management, team handling, and market expansion in the building material sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s dealer/distributor network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and builders.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent performance.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Handle negotiations, pricing, and order finalization with key clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales (preferably in plywood, laminates, or building materials).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
